Paypal 將與台灣當地銀行連線
這是今天剛收到的訊息，2月13日以後Paypal裡的錢終於可以轉回銀行帳戶了。
Bank Account Withdrawal for Korea and Taiwan Notice Date: January 8, 2004 Effective Date: February 13, 2004 Starting February 13, 2004, PayPal will enable members in Korea and Taiwan to withdraw funds from their PayPal account to a local bank account.

不知ptez兄指的是從台灣的銀行轉出？如果是的話答案當然是可以的，因為你這裡用paypal都很正常，只是目前還無法提領台幣。

There are 3 methods to fund your paypal account.
1. By credit card 2. From your banking account. 3. Send Paypal check. Yes, I am asking whether you can transfer fund from your local (Taiwan) banking account to Paypal account, and then make payment to others. If this is confirmed, then it will be very good. Cause many people in Taiwan don't use (have) credit card to shop online so far....
