我在AlertPay用信用卡認證.但是卻因為輸入過多次錯誤的驗證碼.導致無法再輸入
我寄信給客服他們回我以下內容.但我不了解是甚麼意思.能否麻煩大大幫我翻譯一下 拜託了! Thank you for contacting AlertPay. My name is Sujit and I am happy to assist you. As per our record we had send a validation code of (XXXXXX) of your credit card ending number is 0242. We would request you please confirm with your Bank authorities. If you still facing any problem please provide us the screen shot of your credit card statement exact error message from 11/21/2010 to till date then we will manually validate your credit card.
