在這邊www.domainsite.com的一些問題？
 

我在www.domainsite.com註冊了一大堆網址，我沒有注意到，有些網址我到期不要再用了

他好像是預設是自動續約的，他自動從我的信用卡掛款，我真的暈了，有十多個網址我不要用了結果他全部給我自動續約了@@

真的快哭出來了，浪費錢了

現在還有幾十個也快到期了，請問一下我要設定哪一個是把自動續約的功能關閉呢？

是 Automatic Billing 這個嗎？ 把它設成 disable all 就好了嗎？我猜的我也搞不太清楚

另外若網址我不想要用了，可以直接刪除網址嗎？

所以我的問題有二個
一、如何設定關閉自動續約
二、我不要的網址可自已把它刪除嗎？如何設定

應該是auto billing這個選項，把它取消就不會再自動續費了。
一般來說，已續費的是很難再取消了。但如果只是剛被自動續費，不妨趕快寫電郵給他看看能否取消。

哈哥：請問一下您一下我下面的圖，是不是把紅色的框Automatic Billing那個全部設成off
他就不會再自動續費了呢？

問題二、您看一下我圖的右邊 有一估google的小圖下面全部enable那是什摸東東呢？要錢嗎？

問題三、哈哥說可以寫信給他們，你有類似的範本嗎？要怎麼寫呢？他一次給我自動續費約20個網址。

那個google我也不知是什麼東西，通常是什麼幫你放到搜尋引擎上的服務吧。

Thank you for contacting DomainSite.com. I have reviewed your transactions as per your request. It appears that these renewals were processed on 2011-03-12. We are only eligible for a refund (from the registry) for 5 days after the renewal date. As such, we are no longer able to offer a refund on these renewals.

Please note, the Automatic Billing feature must be turned on from within the account. This is a feature that you enabled for your domains. Additionally, you created a billing profile to use for the renewals. Please note, you also disabled renewal notifications in your account. When selecting that feature be disabled, you selected that we no longer notify you of renewals or approaching charges.

If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know.

這下真的損失慘重了~dead

3月十二日就被續費了，你到現在才去要求取消，這自然不可能。
但它也提到了We are only eligible for a refund (from the registry) for 5 days after the renewal date，顯然五天之內是有可能取消的。

就當經驗囉
沒把握有價值 千萬不要auto renew
