.cn無法移轉到registermore?

我有一個.com.cn和一個.cn要從網路中文移轉到registermore
結果收到"Transfer order closed"的通知
內容如下：

請問哈啦大，要怎麼處理阿？
還有，信用卡那邊有顯示交易紀錄，如果最後移轉不成，應該可以退款吧？

從信上看來是你填入的轉移授權碼無效？我沒轉過.cn，所以不清楚.cn的授權碼是啥樣子？你或許再去原註冊商那裡確定一下auth code的正確性。

沒轉成就不會去請款，這點不用擔心。

網路中文給我的轉出碼是四位數的數字

我週一再跟網中確認一下好了

您的錯誤訊息並不是因為移轉密碼錯誤，而是轉到海外註冊商，需由您的新註冊商向CNNIC提出申請，並不是系統上可以完成的。

剛看一下registermore上的移轉規定，才發現似乎.cn目前沒有移轉的服務。
http://www.registermore.com/help/faq_tlds.asp

cn 可以转移到海外
不过需要向CNNIC海外服务机构neustar申请
从申请到转移完成好像不会超过5天
