比較不會有看前不看後而產生的誤會。

不然有 "before the expiration date"，這已說明是到期前 30 日

謝謝ismile兄，我有想到直接不by就可以了，但因為我要強調的是到期日前30日之"前"就要付款，若直接you have to pay 30 days，會不會被誤會成到期日前的30日"內"付款就可以了？
