But unfortunately “7er” is a trademark of BMW and musn’t be used by someone else but BMW. That’s the reason, why I’am not allowed to use the Domain “7er.com” any longer. I also had to pay penalty to BMW. That means for you, that the domain “7er.net” is nearly valueless.

聽他鬼扯，除非你把7er用在和BMW相關的網站，包括誤導、指到其他車廠而有損害到BMW的利益，才會被BMW要求賠償。
不然只是一般的網址，最多也就是被BMW請求拿回去，還不到被罰的地步。
而且不是說有註冊商標的網址就無條件屬於商標所有權人。
