這幾天sedo似乎對部份版友來說有問題？
請各位回報一下：
我使用中華電信的hinet 光世代 撥接，無法遁過去的方式直接連上 http://www.sedo.com 以及任何parking的網頁。
幾乎都會出現以下的訊息：
Network Error (tcp_error)
A communication error occurred: "Connection refused"
The Web Server may be down, too busy, or experiencing other problems preventing it from responding to requests. You may wish to try again at a later time.
For assistance, contact your network support team.
而如果使用 https://的開頭則可以連上，只是會被系統問說什麼驗證有問題要不要繼續之類的廢話，反正不像過去一樣直接開出網頁。
而據其他版友反映，似乎這只發生在使用hinet的版友身上，其他ISP的不會有這狀況。
我想進一步釐清，就是因使用hinet而無法連上的版友：
一、將http ://改成 https://是否可以連上sedo？
二、您使用的hinet是撥接(動態IP)還是固接(有固定IP)？
