後來mail中看到....

這是你第一次用paypal.com付款吧？那麼在你收到信用卡帳單後，會在你第一次於paypal刷卡的那項交易明細中，列出一個四個數字的號碼，你只要將這號碼填入你paypal的帳號中，就會獲得退款，並且在你第二次使用paypal時，他們再自動給你加五美元的紅利。

目前paypal似乎無法付錢給台灣的user，你只能付不能收，但如果paypal中有錢的話，可以直接用它去支付。
