eNom 的 email Forward 壞掉了！

從昨天開始 (8/30) ，eNom 的 email forward 好像壞掉了。 ~dead
寄過去的信，似乎沒有辦法正確解析 forward 的地址。 ~veryangry
糟糕了，開始掉信了，要怎麼通知 eNom 呢？ ~what

有人出現相同的情況嗎？

YES, me too。
我只能說這在有的轉信服務中，難免都會發生的，原因不清楚，很有可能是它們的機器在維護或更新，hinet也偶而會停止服務一下，只是enom大概不會發信告訴客戶吧。
今天的轉信都恢復了。

不過我今天早上 (08/31) 有再測試，仍然還是無法轉送成功。繼續被退信！

截至剛剛中午 (1409) 測試發現，目前 eNom 的轉信伺服器雖恢復運作，但是效能異常緩慢，平均一個轉址解析要求，要十分鐘左右才能完成。
由於 eNom 使用 Microsoft SMTPSVC 作為轉址服務，或許目前正遭受 DoS 攻擊。

後續我會再追蹤觀察.....

因此我推斷，昨天的退信，或許並不是因為 eNom 的伺服器真的關閉，而是因為某種原因造成系統負載過重，導致本地端的 SMTP 主機無法在有效時間內，取得正確轉址位址，而被認為是無效的郵件地址，而遭到退信。

eNom 的 email forward 上個週末就出問題了
下面是他們對這個問題的答覆:
Please forgive our generic reply, but we got hit pretty hard with a spammer and virus of some sort. Even with our firewall and virus protection in place, we had serious issues. Although no data was lost or compromised, our servers were up and down starting Friday afternoon. We had people working on the servers all weekend, both our email forwarding and database were sporadically down. Therefore your email forwarding was affected, you might not have been able to log in at all, or if you did, no domains were displayed. Most of the database issues were resolved quickly, but the email forwarding, whois and pop3 servers have taken much longer to recover.

I assure you, not only were the networks engineers working on this, our V.P. of Engineering was in most of the weekend as well. We're still trying to stabilize all servers and get back to normal right now, but we do not have an estimated time frame for completion. It's definitely a high priority. We will close this case and ask for your patience just a bit longer. Thank you.

因为我的EMAIL PACK的信箱经常收到别的信箱的信，而一查那些信箱就是租用的ENOM的PACK。
