最近購買了國外的空間，但發現是屬於國內被封的IP段，國內是不能訪問的，請問應該如何處理？請英語朋友幫幫忙草擬交涉郵件

hi, the hosting plan i recently purchased can not make connection with mainland china, can you please switch different ip or server to which my website can be visit from china. thank you for your help.
