I. Sunrise Policy/Period for second-level english.kr(ascii.kr) : 2006.9.18 ~ 2007.4.18

o Phase I : Registration period for Korean governmental agencies (2006.9.18. ~ 2006.11.20)

o Phase II : Registration period for the third level .kr registrants (2006.11.21 ~ 2007.3.27)

① Application period : 2006.11.21. ~ 2007.1.22.
② Reviewing period : 2007.1.23. ~ 2007.2.27.
* The results of application will be announced on 28 February 2007.
③ Registration period : 2007.2.28 ~ 2007.3.27.
* Registrants of the third level .kr before cut-off date(2006.3.13) may apply for second-level english .kr during Phase II.
* Applicants may only apply for domain names that exactly matches the third level .kr registerd by the applicant. e.g. "abc.co.kr" registrant may only apply for "abc.kr" during Phase II.
* In case of multiple application, First priorty in siver to korea orademak holders wil be given to Korean trademark holders.
(Trademark shall exactly match the label of applicant’s third level .kr)

In case of multiple trademark holders, registrant will be determined by the registration date of third level .kr domain of applicants with trademarks.

In case of no korean trademark holder, registrant will be determined by the registation date of third level .kr domain of applicants.

In case of multiple applicants with same registration date, registrant will be determined by drawing lots.

o Phase III : Concurrent Registration (2007.3.28 ~ 2007.4.18)
* Anyone with local presence(postal address of their place of residence) in Korea may apply for second-level english .kr during Phase III.
* In case of multiple application, registrant will be decided by drawing lots.

只要你在韩国有住所，应该是可以注册的。
开放注册，有些国家的域名会开放，有些国家不会。
