Sub-domains are something that are set up by your DNS provider. You register a domain name and then you can set up sub-domains with whomever is hosting your domain.
If you choose to allow other people to use these sub-domains, that is up to you. We have no policies against it.

Issue Details: I see a term as followed:
"d. you shall not publicly offer, advertise, or otherwise make available the delegation of subdomains from the Domain Name."
So does it mean that I can not use my subdomains of my .tv names as a business? For example, if I had abc.tv, and
I want to make 123.abc.tv availabe for rent to other people who are interested in using it, can I do that?
If I do it, what consequence will be?
