我後來跟palpay help center聯絡
他們的回覆如下:
Your remaining sending limit for your PayPal
account is 151.27 USD, (or its
equivalent), and that is the maximum payment
amount you may send,
regardless of the funding source for your
payment.
所以跟我想的不一樣
即使有買了balance，能刷的上限還是這個金額
