1)How soon will the transfer take?

2)Is there any restriction or rules governing who can own .to extension?I do not want to run into problem later on.

3)When is the expiry date of whois.to domain?

4)What is the $10 broker fee for?

The transfer of .to is very easy, as soon as I apply a transfer password codes and send it to you, you may access this domain immediately and modify the registrant info as you wish.
There is no special limitaions on .to domains as I know of, anybody could register and use them, however, if this domain was used as a spam domain it could cause it revoked as I know. you may check the FAQ at " http://www.tonic.to/faq.htm?1C19FGCF;;; " to know more about .to domains.
the expiry date is June 2005.
Actually it is not broker fee:), it is the fee for paypal that when I receive money from you, paypal will charges me 2.9% of the payment, I think $10 would cover the fee.
