請教一個PayPal的Unverified問題...

這是個老問題了........
我在PayPal上的帳號，是有收到Sedo過來的錢...
不過在Status的地方,一直是 Taiwanese - Unverified (3)
在該帳號中，也已有我兩張信用卡的資料....
想要Verifie....也只出現要我再新增卡的頁面.....
現在我該怎麼作，才能讓我的PayPal帳號正常呢?

讓它昇級扣1.5美金之後
然後等信用卡帳號來時，上面有一組4字元的號碼輸入後
就會把錢還你並且沒有額度的問題
如果game大有中信的信用卡，先把它調整成預設的信用卡後
再讓它扣錢，之後去中信的網頁上申請網頁個人金額服務
找到「未寄發帳號明細」裡面會看到剛剛扣錢這一筆說明的金額旁邊有一組4個數字的數字
然後回paypal去輸入這一組數字，一切都會很美好啦~

我之前都是打電話問客服，藉口是我要買一個東西，很急，所以沒辦法等到帳單來，我有朋友上次也是這樣，你們有跟他說，所以能不能幫幫忙，也跟我說一下，謝謝。

會問這個問題...其實是想在GoDaddy設一個Basic的Reseller!
問題又出現了.....現在不知道情況如何...
PayPal發了一封Mail說
"Your Billing Agreement with Go Daddy Software, Inc. has been created"
但沒有扣款,我在GoDaddy也沒有任何資料的留存,除了PayPal的部份...
但PayPal的信,因為我試著要付款,一連發了四封不同流水號的Mail給我...
這會變成連續扣款嗎?
還是因為在Daddy的過程,因卡在付款而不了了之呢?

據我的經驗是它不會扣四次款
但每次在godaddy使用paypal付款之後，也只有send了一封一樣的mail來
但卻不知怎麼使用它
最後我就換一間註冊商或是使用信用卡付款了

今天試著再换一張卡,看是否能讓帳號正常些....
但它卻顯示.....我已有VISA卡了,請新增其他類型的卡>_<~
[Please add a Mastercard, American Express, or Discover card.]
上面有人提到用升級的方式，但我找不到在哪可以升級...
請指教...........

今天讓另外一個帳號正常了....
但錢都在原來那個帳號那邊.....~_~!!

我想Mail給Paypal ,看有沒有辨法讓我的舊帳號可以使用...

在Paypal的Help中...似乎有提到..

Q:What if I failed the Expanded Use Enrollment Process on my account?

A: To complete the Expanded Use Enrollment process use the following instructions.
Please fax the required documents to 08707 303 190.
A cover page with the following title: Attention-Global Account Expanded Use Enrollment Process. Be sure to include your name and the email address registered to your account on the cover page so we can identify your account.
A copy of a government issued photo identification listing your name.
A copy of the credit or debit card statement that shows at least the last 4-digits of the card, your name and your street address that matches the address registered in your PayPal account.
A copy of the front and back of the credit or debit card.
It may take up to 10 business days to review the information that you have provided. We will contact you after we have reviewed your documentation.
我實在必須把目前的帳號搞定,不然錢都卡在這裡>_<~
上面的意思是我要用傳真的方式嗎?
問題是,Paypal不會用我目前的卡作Verify的動作....
所以不會產生交易的4個數字....

關於我的這個問題....今天用另一個方法處理了...
在之前Ricado 提的 PayPal提款設定 一文中的方法...
把錢直接由Paypal匯到我台灣的銀行帳戶中...

雖然會有些損失.....但總比一元都用不到來得好些....
現在就等待通匯的結果再說了...
不過目前該帳號中,己無餘額了...
應該是 ok 了!
