應該是http://www.pawin.ch這家公司 ~eye

這種自創型的網名不容易判斷對方的真正意圖。他也許真想花錢了事，但也有可能想進一步搜集你「惡意」的證據，好用到仲裁的時候來對付你。
所以比較難開個高價，一旦超出對方能忍受的範圍時，他很容易就決心用仲裁來拿這個網名。
你出個一、二百美金比較安全些，當然你也很可能「賤售」了。

I would like to explain you the situation: my friend Carlo Papurello was the owner of the www.pawin.com till February 2003. He had a 2 years renewable agreement, but unfortunately he forgot and missed the payment loosing the rights on the domain. When I tried to buy it back for him I saw that you already took it. And when I check again a couple of days ago I saw you want to sell it...
I would like to ask you to kindly give it back to him, we would appriciate it very much and of course he will pay you the expences.
Please let me know if I could do anything for you in exchange: I live in Switzerland (Europe) and I am an architect and designer...

順便向大家報告一下,
上次那個gtime.com還在交涉中,不過對方蠻龜毛的,來來回回了四五封信
已經降價到幾乎是極限的價格了他還是說超過他的預算,
我想我大概不會賣了 :? 因為對方只是非營利性的電玩網站,賣給他也賺不了幾個錢.
