目前英鎊對新台幣1=50.658
所以1500約為75987新台幣
這個價錢見仁見智，但也是可以接受的。
不過我估計對方率先出價，肯定有再抬價的準備，這和賣方先出價時，肯定有被殺價的空間一樣。
不過凡事都只能估個大概，如何操作，還是憑臨場反應和一點運氣了。 :)

這有些麻煩了，他問你能不能用刷卡的，你能找到幫你刷卡的嗎？如果可以最好。不過我不了解.st的轉移方式，你或許要去了解一下.st註冊商的有關說明。至於刷卡部份，找找看有無哪位網友的網站可以接受刷卡，然後再付現金給你，你付一點手續費給他，這樣最方便。
另一個方式，則是透過escrow.com (http://www.escrow.com/)或者afternic.com的網上買賣來幫你完成。

看來對方似乎是想安排一個他們那邊的中介商來負責一手交錢一手交貨的過程？不是很確定，因為可他所謂的中間人在台灣沒這種類似的業務，所以我不太了解對方的中介人是什麼性質。
一般而言，為了雙方的保障，你可以建議找escrow.com或afternic.com來做為移轉網名的中間商，這是網路上比較知名的。
另外這家公司的名稱似乎和電信有關，而且南非和印尼都有同名的電信公司，不知道英國這一家和他們有沒有關係？

說不定那個買方只是他們email服務的用戶之一罷了

也有可能telkom.co.uk根本只是買方所擁有的一個域名
實際上並沒有英國telkom公司的存在

當然......
以上都只是推測而已............

關於web.st的域名交易..
我已經請外語專門人士幫忙處理一切事務了

本來想叫對方使用電匯方式將錢匯到我戶頭
結果............他回信說想利用escrow這種機制什麼的完成交易...........
幫忙我的那個人也說他沒什麼辦法了...........
因為他對這方面不熟...............

I have conducted further investigations into completing the proposed domain name transfer. It would appear that the best way to effect the proposed transaction would be via an licensed online broker….Firstly, I will deposit the money with the broker (to be held in an escrow account). The money would then be electronically sent to you after the transfer of the domain name is completed according to nic.st guidelines and proceedures.



The above process will provide both of us the assurance we require to assure that the transaction is fully completed as agreed.

escrow.com我沒用過，你要不要先試著到那邊去註冊，然後看看他們如何運作？
不然就得找英文很好的人來幫你看。
我想escrow.com確實是對你們雙方都不錯的方法，尤其是身處異地的買賣。
