Paypal的新规矩：
个人帐户每12个月可以收5次信用卡付款，但是收信用卡付款时的费率较贵：
5.4% + $0.30 USD (limit of 5 transactions per 12 month period)**
5.4% plus $0.30 USD for card payments received using PayPal on Skype

如果您每年收信用卡的次数比较少，可以考虑使用个人帐户哦。

另外，个人帐户每月500美圆的收款限制，仅限于下列款项：
The receiving limit applies to the following payment types: eBay Items, Auction Non-eBay, and Goods-Other (Website sales).
对于服务类的收款，并不记在500美圆的限制内。
