关于Paypal的手续费! 请求帮助!!!

晕死,刚才通过Paypal收一笔款,

$883.50 USD
Fee Amount:
-$34.76 USD
Net Amount:
$848.74 USD

一下子被扣除了34.76USD,:shutup 越想越心疼,这可是我血汗钱啊.:shutup
这是为什么呢,好像在我点accept时,问我是否帐号升级,也没细看,就点了升级,到最后一看,钱少了:shutup 这是为什么啊.(好像在升级过程中问我了,对方是什么信用卡什么的...具体记不清了不起:hitwall )

以前收PayPal时,没有被charge相关费用的,Total Amount: $106.50 USD 客户付多少,我就是收多少,(但还没有超过200USD过)但不知为什么这次被收到手续费????是对方付的钱金额高吗???


如果不行,可以退回到原来的未升级帐号吗??懂的大大帮助一二,不胜感谢!:bow :bow :bow

3%的手續費，你大概是升成商業帳號了吧。升了還能往下降嗎？
是很虧的，我的早就是了，所以每次有人要paypal給我，都要先聲明會被扣3%，視實際情形來考慮是否請對方補這差額。例如純粹是代付款，那你當然要請對方補差額，不能我既幫你代付還自虧3%　如果是交易所得，那就自己吸收了。

不错,应该是升级为商业帐号了!!!升了就不能降,有点不公平,看胳膊拧不过大腿,也只有这样了!!!

看来以后,少让客户PAYPAL了..不划算.
对了,如果申请一个新的没有信用卡验证的paypal,对于收款金额有多少限制,实在不行,小额的就用未信用卡验证的Paypal算了.

您可以搜索“downgrade”申請降級，一個賬戶只有一次降級機會。

您以後還收信用卡嗎？不收就申請downgrade，收信用卡就不要申請降級了。

假如一般PAYPAL會員,與PAYPAL會員之間轉錢,
只要使用一般帳戶就可以了!
不會多扣手續費!

若升級成 PAYPAL進階會員, 表示你可以用PAYPAL來收 一般人的信用卡支付,
代價是 每次 不管收PAYPAL錢或是信用卡的錢,
都要支付手續費!

所以要不要升級 要先考慮好!

假如將來沒有要收信用卡的話, 就去申請DOWN回去一般會員吧!

关于问题是交易所得,一般银行的手续费为10-20USD,但想不到PayPal 的手续费也太高了...

还有问一下,付款不会补收手续费吧!!!

看来私人帐号可以收两种款,银行帐号与paypal帐号,所以先降下来,等有客户用信用卡,那先客户谈,实在不行,再升级上去!!!!

幾點說明一下,
1. CNman 會被要求升級是因為你收了八百多美金, personal account有限制一個月最多只能收$500美金, 如果你要收超過$500美金, 就算是paypal餘額或是bank transfer都不行, 要收下這筆錢就只能升級
2. Paypal容許一個人有兩個帳號, 所以可以申請一個personal account一個business account, 不過要加信用卡的話必須要有兩張不同的信用卡, 要加bank account的話必須要有兩個不同的account, 不過可以是同一個人的

如果想知道自己的paypal account有啥限制, 在總金額旁邊有個Limited的link, 點進去就看得到了, 然後每個限制後面都會有說明要如何解除這個限制

We appreciate that you have tried our PayPal Business/Premier account. Per
your request, your PayPal account has been downgraded from a
Business/Premier to a Personal account. Please note that with a Personal
account, you will no longer be able to receive credit card funded payments
and all payments received from eBay, auctions, and Website Payment buttons
(e.g. Buy Now Buttons, PayPal Shopping Cart, or Subscriptions payments),
will be limited to the equivalent of $500.00 USD per month. (This monthly
limit applies to all US, UK and Canadian Personal accounts.)

You are only permitted to downgrade from a Business/Premier account to a
Personal account one time. If you would like to upgrade your account to a
