关于抢注失败的后续工作.

我在bluerazor.com里backorder 一个域名,后来失败了.我写信给support要求退款或者再给我一次backorder机会,这位support回信如下:

Hello Xue,

Thank you for your email. I show that you have purchased a backorder for the domain XXXXXX.COM, not the actual domain itself. A backorder is used to attempt to automatically capture a domain after it expires.

The below diagram explains the process after the expiration of a domain.

The domain expires --> 0 to 42 days later the Registrar releases the domain to the Registry --> The domain is held for 30 days by the Registry (Redemption Period) --> The domain takes 5 days to be released --> The domain is available for new registration

A domain is not immediately available after the expiration date. It will take at least 35 to 85 days after the expiration date before Domain Alert Pro will be able to attempt to register the domain on your behalf. Until that time, the domain is not available as a new registration.

Please note that Backorders are not refundable. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

根據規定，只要失敗就可以再試另一個domain，你可以到My Account->Domain Monitoring/Backordering底下去更改domain name.

If a backordered domain becomes available, but our service fails to acquire it, you can monitor another domain by reassigning the backordering account to another domain. In the event of an unsuccessful acquisition attempt, DomainAlert Backordering notifies you by email message. You can then apply the backordering service to another domain.

谢谢milokelly大大，我登陆到My Account->Domain Monitoring/Backordering后，看到右边显示：
　Monitoring Credits: 0
Backorder Credits: 0
Privacy Credits: 0
也就是我的账户的余额为０元，好像不行了．而且时间也过了1个多月，已发了两封信都不行。~tear

要把你原先backorder的設定取消後，才可以再設定搶別的域名，backorder credit才會+1。

一般預註網名都是不成功就可以換新的(除非這家有百分之百的成功率，不然誰敢去預註啊)，時效最短也有一年，所以換掉就好了。

谢谢哈啦大大指教，:bow 原先预注失败的域名已经被我重新换一个了，点击点change setting，输入新的backorder域名，再点击save,就可以换成新的域名了.:songyy

不好意思翻起旧贴。
现在bluerazor.com 也采用Domain control Center新界面，我之前Backorder的域名半路续费了，进入账户，点击“Backorders and Monitoring”按钮，想更换新的域名，执行新的Backorder动作，但我找来找去，还是找不到更换的开关，由于是新界面不熟悉，烦请各位大大指点一下，要如何操作才能更换新的域名。
